GENERAL VIEW: Prices are based on currency exchange rates, in American Dollars, effective until November 2015 and international airfares effective as at 2015. Details of particular itineraries and hotels described in this website may be subject to change. Verify with  us as to whether changes have occurred in the price or itinerary before you book. It will always be assumed that the prices that are quoted at the time of quotation are deemed accurate and will be honored but are subject to unforeseen changes.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT:
Reservation is made directly to us by email or on our website at anytime. To confirm the reservation, we will send you during the working hours.
Deposit: Upon confirmation of reservation, deposit amount as specified is required.
* Package tours ( except those from charter flights): 25% of your tour cost
* Flights: 25% of airfare
* Car rental, train ticket: 25% of the cost
* Hotel accommodation: normally 25% of the room rate payment
Fully payment should be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. If fully payment is not received 20 days or more,  you forfeit your deposit and we cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER:
The customers can make the cancellation of reservation in writing at anytime prior to the departure date and will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per arrangement
* More than 30 days before departure                 - No loss of deposit
* Less than 30 days before departure:                - 25% of land tour cost
* Less than 15 days before departure:                - 50% of land tour cost
* Less than 10 days before departure:                - 100% of land tour cost

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY:
The customers should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After deposit or full payment is made, all arrangement can not be confirmed ( the customer will be advised accordingly and the customer does not accept the alternatives) and reservation must be cancelled, the Company will endeavor to notify the customers at least one week before departure date and all refund will be made  by bank transfer. The customer shall receive the refund within 4 weeks upon the notification of cancellation. Please note that surcharges may apply on a case by case basis. The Company shall not be liable for any further responsibilities incurred by the Customer arising from the cancellation.
 
REFUND:
The refund will be made as cancellation conditions applied. The payment made by bank transfer within 4 weeks from date of written cancellation, is required to add the bank fee which will be  informed by bank case by case.

AMENDMENT:
By the customer: any changes by the customer to the existing bookings must be written and amendment fee US$15 per person will be charged . Any re-issuance of ticket ( air ticket, train ticket), minimum US$15 per ticket on the top of any airlines or train charges will apply. . Any changes made to the departure date or tour type, cancellation fee will be applied as “ Cancellation by the customer”
By the Company: The Company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in the itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to make the minor changes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during the peak seasons or in the event of a force majeure

EXTENSION OF STAY:
Extension of stay can be made before or after the tour ended depending on the restriction/limits of the seat confirmation of air tickets or availability of hotel accommodation.
Extension or deviation of stay will be at the Customer’s own expense and transfer to and from the airport will not be provided.
In the event that the original arrangement has been changed by the Company during the process, any extra cost will be borne by the Customer
When extension of stay can not be confirmed, passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule
Any alteration of the routing or the date by the Customer is solely at the Customer’s own risk. The Company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconveniences caused and extra expense occurred.  No refund will be made for any unused tickets, accommodation, meals or sightseeing in part or in full
The fees/charges/ price will be costed and added as the real extensions to Customer

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Passport: The Customer must ensure that her/his passport has validity within minimum 6 months from the date of the last departure point
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended with respect to unforeseen circumstance. Please ask your insurance broker for any assistance of travel insurance
Visa: visa must be arranged before departure date. There are 2 types of visa: visa on arrival and visa collected at Vietnamese embassy in overseas. If you want to get visa at Vietnamese embassy, it takes you long times so please kindly check with your embassy when you have plan. If you get visa on arrival, it takes you 1-2 days.

PRICING POLICIES:
Prices on our website are based on adult and per person
Price including/excluding services which are indicated in each tour/service
Price for promotion period will be applied and updated on our website

COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS/FEEDBACK:
The Company always welcome the Customer’s feedback at anytime. The feedback must be made in writing within 2 weeks after services have been finished. Its feedback channels:

The Company will investigate and act to resolve areas of concerns
