Water puppet Show is a type ofartistic performance particular to the Vietnamese. The ponds are the lively stage of the performance. Puppets are made of wood and coated with waterproof paint. There are 2 places for this show

1. Thang Long water puppetry theatre

Each show lasts 45 minutes and there are 05 shows per day from 15:30, 17:00, 18:30, 20:00, 21:15 and one more morning show in Sunday at 9:00

A different perspective inspired by a way of life and captured through mesmerizing sounds, enchanting moments, dynamic acrobatics and artistry of imagination. Upon entering the theater, audiences will hear the noises as if they were in a village but all of a sudden got caught in the cacophony of the city. À Ố Show will take you to the serene and beautiful village of South Vietnam and then right back to the ruckus of the hasty city life. At some point, audience can fell the vibrant of the city at the same time breathe the breezy fresh air whip on the face of a farmer. Performances and technical skills presented in groups according to the nature of each scene.

Gentle Hue - A monthly performance art show

Hue diu dang will take place on every 30th of month
The program will highlight the beauty of Hue women through an ao dai fashion show featuring lotus flowers and the Nguyen Dynasty’s royal seals, traditional music and songs by local senior artists.
During the hour-long show, the audience will be served lotus tea and traditional Hue cakes prepared by Kim Long artisans.

Bars and Pubs
Vietnamese style pubs tend to be karaoke lounges. However, the increasing number of expats has casued a boom in western style pubs. In Ha Noi, nightspots are small and center around Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter but in Ho Chi Minh city is as the mushroom growth in the center also. The drinks in the bars and clubs are very expensive.
Ho Chi Minh city’s backpacker is in and around Pham Ngu Lao street, boasts a string of dingy bars and lively clubs. Movies: Vietnam movies are rarely dubbed or subtitled for an English-speaking audience.
